Our almond nut milks are perishable. To maintain the optimum taste and nutrient value, they must be refrigerated and used within a few days. Most of the nut milk blends freeze beautifully. After purchasing, consider freezing if not consumed within a few days. The only almond milk blend we do not recommend freezing is the carob. Please contact us with any questions or comments.
